This leadership directly enabled the company to scale from a spin-out to a commercial-stage entity, culminating in the successful launch of the Sorterra™ cell processing platform.
Engineered a Capital-Efficient Business Pivot to Ensure Viability
As Co-Founder and CTO of BendBio, I architected a critical strategic pivot in response to challenging VC market conditions.
